	Work Experience Program: Offers applicants needing more experience, to work in both private and non-profit sites 24-40 hours per week, at no cost to the employer.
	JOBS Plus: The employer is reimbursed up to minimum wage for six months. This applies to a targeted workforce, but gives the employer the ability to train an employee for up to six-months, without incurring usual employee costs. These applicants then make excellent candidates for permanent employment.
	Tax credits and incentives for employers hiring our select pool of applicants.

	On the Job Training Program: Reimbursement of up to 50% of wages while applicants are being trained on the job. (Applicant must meet certain eligibility requirements).
