Titanic and I invite you to the first annual Imperial Gathering for
the Pacific North West!
We are at 5 days and counting.... So I have some new information...... If you are going to be in town on Friday evening we are all going to meet at Bliss's Route 101 restraunt for dinner at 7:00 PM (541) 997 6726 (it's located just North of Hwy 126 on Hwy 101 on the West side of the street) I've made reservations for those who know they're going to be here, email me if you'd like me to make reservations for you too!
Registration for the car show is between 10:00am and Noon on Saturday May20th. It's on a first come first serve
basis so to park together we must drive in together. We are meeting at 10:00 am at Westen Lane furniture it's on
Hwy 101(at 18th Street) Just 2 blocks North of Hwy126 on the East Side of the Street (next to Knechts auto parts)
Imperials, along with my 68 Ford Wagon should be clearly visible from the street! We will wait until 10:30am and
then converge upon the Car show which is at the Emporium center parking lot, which is another 2 blocks North on
101 on the East side of the Street!
The Car show ends at 4:00 pm and we will be serving food at our house! (i'll hand out maps at the show) Everyone is welcome to come with or without an Imperial! The car cruise starts at 6:00pm (at emporium parking lot) so i thought we'd make a few laps and then whoever wants to is welcome back at my house for the evening.

Other things you might want to Bring:
Binoculars, Beach shoes, and Beach Jacket. I live right on the beach so you might want to go out on it. Its whale watching season, and I've been seeing a bunch of them So binoculars will come in handy!

Sunday Morning is the Grand Floral Parade which lasts about 2 hours
The Car show starts at noon, Free Registration is between 10:00am and Noon There are a number of categories including work in progress! Some Local Mopar fans one with a RoadRunner and one with a Charger give out the Mopar awards every year.. Last year there we're only 8 mopars out of 500 Cars So Titanic won First in the Pile Category(actually it was favorite 60s cruiser, but for those of you who have met Titanic you know it was a sympathy award)!!! So there are plenty of awards and this is a real casual event hang out and enjoy, no concourse stuff happening!
Jim Burns (with the Charger) has a huge collection of Mopars(including Desotos) from the 30's to the 70's and I have arrainged a tour of his collection .
If possible I would suggest coming down Friday night and leaving Sunday after the parade. If there's enough interest we'll all get together for dinner at our 50's cafe 'Bliss's Route 101' on Friday night which features some interesting and unique automobilla! Saturday we'll do the car show and cruise With a Barbecue at the Beach afterwards!! This is a great family town, and I live right on the beach so bring the whole family and enjoy!
