The Cottage is a suite with a beautiful ocean view,
wrap around deck, private entrance and bath, fireplace/stove, and queen
size bed. You have use of a hot tub/spa overlooking the ocean on the
lower lawn. The portholes on the left are part of the adjacent
Captain's Quarters. This can be rented in addition to the Cottage
if you have a larger family group, or two couples traveling
together.
Guests enter The Cottage by crossing a small bridge. A deck
surrounds the building on three sides, allowing you to take in the
beautiful view and enjoy the weather. It is separated from the main
section of the house by the Captain's Quarters, which sleeps two
extra people and has a half bath, full size bed, TV, VCR, and
fireplace/stove. Guests in this room have to share the shower in
the Cottage.
A tasty Continental Breakfast will be stocked in the refrigerator
for your convience. Amenities include TV, VCR, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster and coffee pot. We've just added an outdoor
hot tub/spa with a beautiful ocean view on the lower lawn.
To get to the beach or hot tub, walk through the sunken front yard.
The rock wall surrounding it was built by Jack.
Then follow the steps at the north end of the house.
You can either follow the next set of stairs down to the wide
trail to the beach, or relax in the newly added hot tub or lawn
chairs on the lower lawn and enjoy the ocean view. There is also a
gazebo near the stairs.

Special winter rate: 3 days or more $100 per night February thru April
Cottage and Captain's Quarters:
Both rooms combined rent for Cottage rate plus $85 per night.
