The Location
The Gasquet Mobile Home Park is located within the Smith River National Recreation Area, near the wild and scenic Smith River, bordering national forest land and secluded with forests on all sides. The park is conveniently located 18 miles from Crescent City and the Pacific Ocean, 10 miles from two golf courses and about 20 minutes from the new Sutter Coast Hospital.

Ocean to the west, the Smith River to the north, the Klamath River on
the south and the giant redwoods in the east. Area activities include
hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, surfing, diving, beachcombing,

Established in 1990 as a congressionally-designated National Recreational Area, its 305,337 acres lie within the Six Rivers National Forest managed by the U.S. Forest Service of Gasquet. Serving as the area's life vein, the pristine Smith River and its tributaries wind through the lush area offering ample views of its beauty from surrounding trails and numerous water activities.
In addition to the numerous activities available in Del Norte County, the untouched beauty of the southern Oregon coastline is a short drive away. It's difficult to be bored in Del Norte County!
