The park originally started with 37 lots. In 1996, an additional 21 lots were added. The new section of the park features lots which are at least 60' by 90' and will accomodate single, double, and even triple wide mobile homes comfortably.

Minimum mobile home requirements include wood siding and composition roofs. Space rent is $250.00 a month and includes water, garbage and sewer. Water is provided by the Gasquet Community Services District and spring water is also available for gardening. A storage area is available for RV's, boats and extra vehicles. Cable television is also available. Our peaceful community welcomes everyone from families to retirees.

The local grocery store, fire department, light aircraft airport and other services are all conveniently located within walking distance of the park.
