The Arlington, WA
of
West Coast Musketeers

The 4th annual Musketeer Gathering at the NWEAA Arlington, WA Fly-In & Air show was held July 9-13, 2003.    There has not been a Gathering since.  Photos of all the past gatherings except 2003 may be seen by clicking on thumbnails below.  Click on the list links below to see who made it in the past and who didn't.  We had 15 aircraft represented in 2002, tho at least two did not fly in, but drove.

There will not be a formal gathering at Arlington this year.

Many thanks to Pat and Joe Shone, our local hosts who devoted many hours of their time to make these events successful.

This page was created in May of 2000 to announce the first West Coast Gathering of Musketeers at the NWEAA Arlington, WA Fly-In & Air Show, held on July 6-9, 2000, and is maintained year around for future West Coast Musketeer Gatherings.  Weather kept attendence down the first two years, but we still had good turnouts.  We worked with the Arlington Flight Ops people on a place to park us together.   Arlington is the 3rd largest Fly-In / Air Show in the country behind Oshkosh and Sun-n-Fun.

This Gathering of Musketeers is possible due to a group of Musketeer, Sundowner, and Sierra owners brought together by an electronic web group. It's a forum where owners can post questions to other owners on experiences with their aircraft, on maintenance questions, or parts questions.  There are even a couple of mechanics who are also Musketeer owners in the group, providing priceless information.  The group became three years old in May, 2002, and we now have over 700 members.  Organizing Musketeer Fly-In's all over the country are in progress, as many people in the group would like to meet others in the group, and of course look at the planes.  Many gatherings have already taken place.  Click on Join MusketeerMail to become a member of the forum.  Musketeer owners are all over the world.
