COMMUNITY MAIL SERVICES
We offer a convenient location, 24 hour access to the mail boxes, UPS and FedEx shipping, packaging, and overnight delivery. We offer Telephone Mail check services, mail forwarding, and free fax receiving to our customers.
KEY DEPOSITS
$5.00 for mail box key, $10.00 for 24 hour access key.
MAIL FORWARDING
For mail box holders, we will forward your mail on a regular basis (daily, weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, upon request, etc.). Mail is forwarded on Monday unless you request a different schedule. We are glad to sort out "junk", magazines or unwanted items at your direction. We will hold all or part of your mail for as long as you want. The mail is repackaged and new postage is affixed. You are responsible for the cost of the new postage and a deposit to cover the expected cost of the postage and handling is required before forwarding begins.
For Gold Beach residents, with a permanent local address, who want mail forwarding, we will pick up your mail at your home or the post office and forward it to you. The rate is $15.00 per month with a deposit to cover the expected cost of the postage and handling is required before forwarding begins.
UPS / FEDEX / ETC.
We are a full service UPS, FEDEX pick-up/delivery site. Parcels may be shipped to this address. Any charges or CODs must be prepaid or a deposit made in advance to cover them.
PACKAGING SERVICE
We provide a complete packaging service and are glad to wrap your packages for shipping. We also sell a variety of packaging supplies. In addition we also provide a gift wrapping service.
PRESTIGIOUS ADDRESS
Many people do not have a positive reaction to dealing with a company that has a P. O. Box address. We can offer you a prestigious street address. You can establish branch offices across the state or the nation.
RECEIPT OF MAIL FROM OTHER CARRIERS
Unlike the U. S. Postal Service, our mail stop will accept packages and priority mail from all carriers (such as UPS and FEDEX). This a valuable service for working individuals and business that are in need of a secure place to receive all of their mail.
TELEPHONE MAIL-CHECK SERVICE
Our mail service will check your mail when your call in and let you know what is in your box. You can save valuable time by calling and inquiring about your mail. If you are traveling, you will find this convenient service of particular value to you since you can check your mail from another city.
TELEPHONE MAIL FORWARDING
If you are traveling and wish to make arrangements for mail forwarding by telephone, you will have that option. You may also request that all of your mail be held until your return.
FREE FAX RECEIVING
With no additional charge, box holders may receive fax documents 24 hours a day. You may even print our fax number on your business cards and other promotional information.
24 HOUR ACCESS
With a minimal key deposit, you will have access to your mail boxes through our side door. The entry is well lighted and has drive up access.
