ReelMeister welcomes mail order
service from anywhere in the United States. Please take a moment
and email to find out our current workload BEFORE sending your
reel(s). Turnaround time is generally 10-15 working days depending
upon our current workload.
When you do send a reel, please send
it via priority mail, insured to:

Credit Cards are accepted via Paypal
for mail order service. We also accept Money Orders and Personal
Checks, but checks must clear our bank before we can return your
reel.
All service is due
and payable within 14 days of delivery of invoice. Reels that
remain in the shop after 30 days are subject to a $5.00 per week
storage fee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Return shipping is via priority mail. This generally
costs $8.50 for the first reel and $4.00 per reel thereafter.
Per reel costs drop as the number of shipped reels increases.

| Upon inspection
of your reel, we may advise you by email or phone on where in
the price schedule your reel fits, the cost of parts and the
time frame for completion. Should it be determined that the cost
of repairs exceeds the value of the reel and no other service
is performed, there is a nominal $10.00 charge for reel inspection
and return only. |
LIMITED WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
90
day/90 fish* limited warranty on all repairs ensures that your
reel will be well taken care of. If you should have a problem
within the warranty period, your reel will be fixed at no additional
charge.**
Warranty
does not include shipping charges or coverage for reels that
have been abused or damaged through neglect, misuse or failure
to follow manufacturer's recommended procedures.
*whichever
comes first.
**Failure
of parts unrelated to repairs done by us during the warranty
period will be repaired at a reduced labor rate.
